Social Media Marketing & Video Production FAQ

Everything Fort Lauderdale and South Florida business owners need to know about growing with social media management and professional video content.

Getting Started
Organic social media marketing is one of the best ways to connect — not advertise — with new audiences. People do business with people they like. Our job is to put you in your best light as a resource, either locally or nationally, so that you become the authority in your space and have easier, faster sales conversions. We've been told by our clients that the easiest close is either a referral or a social media prospect. Social media allows you to build a connection with people you haven't met and opens the door for them to refer your business to their friends.
The pace of success varies depending on a number of factors. We set our campaigns on a six-month timeline to build momentum. Many clients have seen results well within that window — some much sooner. It also depends on which package you choose, because frequency matters.
Absolutely. We specialize in helping people feel confident on camera — mannerisms, posture, delivery, all of it. We help you find your rhythm, and don't worry — not every take makes the final cut. We want you to feel comfortable and confident, and the more comfortable you are, the more success you'll have.
We specialize in service-based businesses — law firms, chiropractors, physical therapists, construction companies, financial advisors. We also specialize in real estate and real estate development, and have experience working with restaurants. If you want to grow your social media presence, we can work with you.
We're based in Fort Lauderdale and serve businesses throughout South Florida. We've also worked with clients in other markets and can accommodate remote campaigns depending on scope and needs.
Our Process
Campaigns run in a monthly cycle. After a kickoff meeting, we hold an ideation session to discuss content ideas tailored to your business — you're welcome to bring your own ideas and we collaborate on a shooting game plan. On shoot day, a professional creative shows up on-site, works with you through your shoots, and helps with everything that goes along with being on camera. After the shoot, we handle editing optimized for social media pacing and video lengths. We send everything for your approval, and once approved, we schedule your posts for the month. On the back end, we manage distribution to make sure your content is reaching the right audiences.
We handle everything. That said, we recommend our clients follow our strategic advice — but this is your presence, so your input is always welcome. The key is that we don't want you carrying the weight of coming up with ideas. Our job is to remove that burden and help you reach your goals as fast as possible.
This depends on your package and how many videos you're getting per month, but we aim for a minimum of 1–2 posts per week across all packages. We don't recommend anything less than that for maintaining momentum.
We manage all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). We strongly recommend Instagram as a primary platform for businesses looking to grow — it consistently delivers the best results for our clients. That said, we tailor the platform strategy to your specific business and audience.
Every business is different and every person is different. A lot of social media content is replication — but in a competitive market where competitors may be trying to mimic you, we stay ahead of the curve by keeping our ear to the ground on new video formats, new ideas, and new styles of shooting. Your competition is always playing catch-up.
We shoot everything ourselves. Our system isn't easily replicated — it's unique to Notoria Marketing. We train our creatives, we train our editors, and our entire team understands what makes videos perform on social media.
We track a number of metrics, but we focus on the ones that actually matter. Saves are our trust indicator — when someone saves your video, that's real intent. Shares signal viral potential. Reach tells us the algorithm is responding well to your content. We also watch follower growth and link clicks. The goal is to treat your campaign as a funnel: maximize reach with views, then drive traffic through to your website or booking link.
Pricing & Commitment
Social media production can vary dramatically. If you're simply looking for someone to hold a camera, that can range from $800–$2,000. What we specialize in is the ideation and distribution of those ideas. Our management packages range from $1,997 to $7,500 per month depending on your needs. Most of our clients fall into our middle-tier package at $2,479/month.
We require a six-month commitment — not a long-term lock-in, but enough time to build real momentum. We don't want to just get started and quit after two months — that wouldn't make sense because we're just getting the algorithm adjusted to your content. First, we re-engage your audience and train the algorithm on who you are, what you promote, and who your audience is. Then we build rapport and capitalize on reach. That doesn't happen overnight, but when it clicks, the results compound. We've seen clients reach a point where 60% of their new business comes through social media.
Ads are fine as an additional advertising channel, but they're terrible at building trust, rapport, and referral networks. People are trained to scroll past ads — the engagement ratio on ads is typically as low as 2–3%, while organic content can reach 70% or more of your engaged audience. The quality and quantity of leads from organic social media management is dramatically better. Ads get you visibility; organic content builds the relationship that converts.
The benefit of an agency is lower cost with higher specialized output. We bring deep knowledge of social media strategy, metrics, and human behavior to our clients at roughly half the cost of hiring a full-time employee who's genuinely skilled at this. It's one thing to hand your social media to an existing employee — it's quite another to have someone who understands the algorithm, the metrics, and the psychology behind why content performs. That's why most businesses that delegate social media internally tend to struggle.
